All our storage options are flexible allowing you to add or remove items whenever and wherever you want, while only paying for the space you use! You can refer to our residential section for price guides, otherwise please enquire and we will assist you in accurately estimating your requirements.
Don’t worry! On the day of your appointment, if you end up using less or more space than initially quoted our pro packers will inform you and adjust your monthly rate accordingly. If you need more than two movers, we can cater to this request and provide up to 5 movers and two trucks. Depending on the complexity of the job we will conduct a virtual walkthrough call to accurately assess your requirements.
Absolutely! You can easily request and schedule additional pick-up/drop-offs in your personal dashboard.
We offer packing assistance at an hourly rate, based on the time it takes to pack your belongings. In most cases, we can complete the packing on the same day as your move. However, in special circumstances, we can arrange for our professional packers to come a day in advance. We provide packing services for various items, including furniture disassembly, TV protection, wardrobe clothes, mirrors, lamps, paintings, computers, electronics, mattresses, couches, chairs, and tables. Additionally, we take precautions to protect your floors, corners, hallways, and doorways during the move.
There is no upfront payment when booking a reservation. Although we do ask for you to set up an account with us and require your payment information, no charges will be made at that time. Your first payment will be 10% of the estimated total, which is due 48 hours before your move date. Don't worry though – this will be deducted from your final bill once we've successfully completed your move or move in.
We get it, plans change. You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling within the 48 hour period result in a $20-$100 fee, depending on your specific plan.
To initiate a delivery, you can utilize the photo catalogue within your personal dashboard to choose specific items you wish to have returned. From here you can also specify a delivery address and date. It’s that easy! Delivery appointments start at $25, with an additional per item rate starting at $15.
To help save you money on space, we strategically locate our warehousing outside of densely populated areas. This is what allows us to offer one click storage, at comparable rates to traditional self-storage.
Our modern warehouse is clean, and temperature controlled with security and 24/7 surveillance. You can have peace of mind knowing that your items are well protected. Access to our facilities is strictly prohibited to trained warehouse staff only, ensuring your belongings are in safe hands.
To ensure the safety and efficient packing of small, loose, or boxable items, we require you to utilize our Storable boxes, available for purchase in our box shop. This practice not only helps protect your items but also enables us to optimize the packing process, resulting in cost savings for you. We will bring the boxes to you on the day of your move but if you need them in advance just let us know!
We understand the importance of safeguarding your belongings throughout the moving and storing process. That's why we provide comprehensive business insurance coverage for your goods while they are being packed and in transit. Additionally, when your items are stored at our facility, we insure them against any accidental damage.
Iis important to note that our policy requires all items stored with us to be covered under your personal insurance policy. This ensures an extra layer of protection for your valuables. We kindly ask for your cooperation in providing proof of insurance at any time, as we strive to maintain a secure environment for your belongings.
